I am Taryn Dukes, a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner and Credentialed Diabetes Educator with a passion for chronic disease management, health education, and health promotion. I am committed to empowering individuals to make positive, informed choices that lead to better health outcomes.
With many years of experience living and working in rural and remote communities across the Top End of Australia, I understand the unique challenges and strengths of regional health care. This background has shaped my holistic, patient-centred approach.
